Refund policy

Slightly Cellie Designs does not offer refunds or exchanges on any items unless they are deemed faulty.

Please note that due to the nature of embroidery there may be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Slightly Cellie Designs to determine whether or not this is a legitimate fault. 

In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if stocks are available. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase after they are returned to us.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
